okay so basically they need the titular conch shell for the founder’s day festival but it got stolen, and blenny (guy in jail) was the keeper of the conch (blenny, you had ONE JOB) so they think he did it

so we need to find the pipes that were in the shell?? so his dog(fish) can track down the shell itself

that’s all fine and good but
